The MRT Centre offers a conference / meeting room for 12-14 people and included in the cost of hire we are able to offer:

• Flipcharts, projector and screen, pencils, pads, mineral water and cordial

• Wi-Fi (free of any additional charge)

• A separate break-out area in the conservatory plus additional space in the garden

• On-site conference and training organiser

• Free tea and coffee for all half day or full day bookings

We are also able to offer lunches with a choice of menus, if you would like further information on what lunch menus we can provide please contact the Centre and speak to our Conference Organiser. 

Available for your use there is a fully equipped computer suite for up to 12 people plus a photocopying facility, for our photocopying facility we charge 5p per copy.

The MRT Centre is wheelchair friendly and has plenty of disabled parking, there are also cycle racks and free on-site parking for all delegates. We do ask you to note that we are now sharing an entrance with Holy Cross Primary School. However, the parking we provide is for your use only so our facilities can be accessed with ease.

Pricing (please note prices are subject to change and availability)
Per half day: (8.30am – 12.30pm or 1.30pm – 5.30pm) £60 per room
Per full day: £115 per room
Per hour: £15 per room (Please note booking must fall in either morning or afternoon session. Tea and coffee is provided if booking is over 2.5 hours).

All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Additional fees may be incurred if session runs over the allocated booking.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
