In this difficult economy both the stress that we take to work with us and the stress that awaits us on the job are on the rise. Whilst some stress is a normal part of life, excessive stress interferes with your productivity and reduces your physical and emotional health.  This quick one hour course is designed as a short introduction to some of the key ways of managing stress so that you can improve your quality of life.

  • How to identify the signs and symptoms of stress in themselves and colleagues
  • Measures to prevent the build up of stress in the workplace
